Cookie Policy

This policy explains how getrepod.com uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies. Last updated: July 2026.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work correctly, remember your preferences, and provide information to site owners.

This site also uses localStorage, a browser mechanism similar to cookies but with key differences: localStorage data is never automatically sent to any server, has no expiry date, and is scoped strictly to this domain.

What this site uses

getrepod.com sets no advertising cookies, tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or social-media cookies.

Third-party services

Although we set no cookies, two external services process data when you use this website.

Cloudflare CDN & security

Cloudflare serves this website and may log standard HTTP access data: your IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested, HTTP status code, and timestamp. These logs are used exclusively for security, DDoS protection, and operational diagnostics.

Resend Email delivery

When you submit the demo request form, your name, email address, company and message are transmitted to Resend (our transactional email provider) to deliver your enquiry to our team. Resend acts as a data processor on our behalf and does not use this data for its own purposes.

Data: name, email, company, message · Retention: as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry · Resend Privacy Policy

  • Google Analytics or any web analytics platform
  • Advertising or retargeting cookies (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Social media tracking buttons or pixels

  • A/B testing or personalisation tools

Legal basis (GDPR)

The consent preference stored in localStorage constitutes strictly necessary storage under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive and does not require explicit consent.

Personal data collected via the demo request form is processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest (responding to an unsolicited business enquiry) under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or consent where applicable.
